It expanded its field of activity by acquiring the brands Simetrik Mimarlık & İnşaat in 2009 and Asimetri Yapı Denetim in 2010; and continues to provide services in many sectors such as project management, building control, restoration, decoration and construction (build-sell) applications."

Our Founders

  • Gulay Basdinc

    Architect/Restorer Gülay Başdinç prepared and presented restoration projects in many cities in 2005. She graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Architecture in 2007 and worked in private offices in Ankara. In 2009, she founded Simetrik Architecture. She worked as a manager at Asimetri Yapı Denetim between 2010 and 2014. She currently continues her work actively in the fields of architecture, decoration, renovation and contracting (build-sell) within Simetrik Architecture & Construction Company.

  • Architect Mehmet Nuri Başdinç graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 2007. After graduating, he worked in an architectural office in the United States for about a year. In 2008, he worked in the field of restoration of historical structures in Izmir; and between 2010 and 2014, he founded the Asimetri Construction Inspection Company and continued his work in this sector. Currently, as the Chairman of the Board of Simetrik Architecture & Construction Company, he continues to work actively in the fields of architecture and contracting (build-sell).

    Every project is a new adventure for us.
    Sometimes we get inspired by nature, sometimes we carry the traces of the past to the future.
    However, we always pursue simple, rational and aesthetic designs.

    We know that good architecture is seen not only with the eye, but also with the heart.
    That's why we see architecture not just as a profession, but as a way of life.
